In short: we collect only the data needed to answer your requests and produce your order, we never sell data, and analytics/marketing cookies run only with your consent.

2. What we collect and why
Forms: name, phone, email, company (optional), project details and submitted files — used to answer your request, prepare the quote and execute the order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Uploaded files are used exclusively for feasibility assessment and production, stored privately and never shared. Cookies: analytics (Google Analytics 4) and marketing (Meta Pixel) run only after your consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); consent can be withdrawn at any time.
3. Recipients
Only providers strictly necessary for operation: web hosting (Hosterion, Romania), email services, and — with consent — Google and Meta, which may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses. We never sell or rent personal data.
4. Retention
Requests and files for unaccepted quotes: up to 12 months. Invoiced order data: as required by accounting law (up to 10 years). Analytics data: per Google Analytics retention settings (default 14 months).
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent — by email to office@kala3d.ro (answered within 30 days). You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
