Custom 3D production
The core Kala3D service: you have the 3D file, we turn it into a physical object — from a single piece to small series, with the material matched to real use.
What the service is
We print your object from an existing 3D file: STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP/STP. We check the geometry, propose orientation and material, confirm the final quote and produce after acceptance. No mould, no minimum series — even one piece makes economic sense.
Materials and dimensions
We work mainly with PETG and PLA; depending on the project we can discuss ASA, ABS, TPU or other filaments. Maximum single-piece size is roughly 41 × 41 × 44 cm, depending on geometry, material and orientation. Larger objects can be made from segments, with basic gluing and sanding.
Limits, stated honestly
We do not offer 3D scanning or general 3D modelling from scratch. FDM technology leaves visible layer lines and has specific tolerances (±0.2–0.4 mm) — for parts with strict aesthetic or dimensional requirements we discuss finishing and orientation from the start. Files downloaded online must have a licence that allows the intended use.

What files can I send?
STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP/STP, ZIP archives or Google Drive / WeTransfer links. For letters and logos: CDR, vector PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, DXF.
Is my file confidential?
Files are used exclusively for evaluation and production, stored privately and never shared. An NDA can be signed on request.
Is the estimate binding?
Initial estimates are indicative. The final quote — confirmed after file review — is our firm price and deadline commitment. Production starts only after you accept it.
Do you have a 3D production project?
Send us your 3D file, vector logo or project description. We check feasibility and confirm the final quote before production.
