Accepted files
For general 3D printing: STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP/STP, ZIP archives or links (Google Drive / WeTransfer / online model). For letters and logos: CorelDRAW/CDR, vector PDF, SVG, AI, EPS or DXF — we prepare the 3D production solution from your vector.
Models downloaded from online libraries
Licence warning: the client is responsible for checking whether they have the right to use the submitted file. Some models downloaded online are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially. Kala3D may refuse to produce files that infringe copyright, trademarks or licences.

FAQ
Why can't I pay directly on the site?
Because an automatic price can be wrong, the file may be unprintable, the material or colour may be out of stock, and the desired deadline may be unrealistic. We confirm the final quote manually so there are no surprises.
Can I send just a photo?
A photo is not enough for printing — we need a 3D file or, for letters and logos, a vector file. We can tell you exactly what file your project needs.
How fast do I get the estimate?
Usually within the same working day, or 1–2 working days for complex projects.
Do you have a 3D production project?
Send us your 3D file, vector logo or project description. We check feasibility and confirm the final quote before production.
