What the service is
Rapid prototyping turns your 3D file into a physical test part quickly. You verify real dimensions, fit with other components, ergonomics and looks — then correct the file and repeat, at a low cost per iteration. It is the step that prevents expensive mistakes in moulds or series.
Limits, stated honestly
An FDM prototype approximates, not perfectly reproduces, the properties of a final injected part (strength, surface, tolerances). For serious mechanical testing we discuss material and orientation; test in the final material, printed in the production orientation. We do not design the part — we work from your file.
FAQ
How long does a prototype take?
For typical parts, usually a few working days after quote acceptance. The exact deadline comes with the final quote.
Can I test in PLA and produce the series in PETG?
For shape and fit, yes. For functional and load testing — no: behaviour differs, test in the final material.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, on request. Files are used exclusively for evaluation and production either way.
Do you have a 3D production project?
Send us your 3D file, vector logo or project description. We check feasibility and confirm the final quote before production.
