Files and preparation
Do you do 3D modelling?
No general 3D modelling from scratch and no 3D scanning. We work from existing 3D files (STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP). Exception: for volumetric letters and logos we prepare the production solution from vector files — CDR, vector PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, DXF.
What 3D formats do you accept?
STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP/STP, plus ZIP archives or Google Drive / WeTransfer links. For technical parts, STEP is the recommended format.
Can I send a CorelDRAW file?
Yes, for letters, logos and letter bodies. Convert texts to curves before sending.
Materials and dimensions
What materials do you use?
Mostly PETG and PLA; depending on the project: ASA, ABS, TPU or other filaments. The recommendation depends on use — indoor/outdoor, mechanical load, temperature.
What is the maximum size?
Roughly 41 × 41 × 44 cm for a single-piece part. Larger parts are made from glued segments where the project allows.
Which material works outdoors?
Usually PETG or ASA — they handle UV and temperature far better than PLA.
Pricing and ordering
How is the price calculated?
From material (grams), print time, complexity (supports, orientation, risk), finishing, quantity and deadline. That is why automatic estimates are only indicative.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum series — we print even a single piece. Very small orders may carry a minimum order value, stated transparently in the quote.
Can I pay online on the site?
No. The flow is: file → indicative estimate → manual review → final quote → production after acceptance. Payment instructions come with the final quote.
Do you deliver outside Romania?
Our public service area is Romania (courier nationwide). For cross-border projects, write to us and we will assess case by case.
Do you have a 3D production project?
Send us your 3D file, vector logo or project description. We check feasibility and confirm the final quote before production.
