What the service is
We produce 3D volumetric letters, logos and letter bodies for signage, branding and advertising companies. It is the only Kala3D service where you don't need a 3D file: we transform vector files (CorelDRAW/CDR, vector PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, DXF) into a 3D production solution — deciding together the depth, wall thickness and integration method.
You can order a full letter body, walls / shell only (ready for LED strips and an acrylic face) or standalone 3D logos.
What we can produce
Limits, stated honestly
Kala3D produces the 3D part. Acrylic faces, LEDs, wiring, installation and full integration are agreed separately — handled by you, your signage company, or our partner PubliENA. For outdoor letters we recommend UV-resistant materials (usually PETG or ASA). Very large letters are produced from glued segments.

FAQ
Can I just send my logo in CorelDRAW?
Yes — that is exactly what this service is for. Send CDR, vector PDF, SVG, AI, EPS or DXF and we prepare the 3D production solution, with depth and structure proposals.
Can the letters be LED-illuminated?
Yes — we produce the body or shell prepared for LED strips and an acrylic face. The electrical fitting itself is done by the client, the signage company, or discussed with PubliENA.
Do they survive outdoors?
With the right material (PETG or ASA) and properly sized walls, yes. Tell us the exposure and whether the letters face direct sun.
What is the maximum letter height?
About 44 cm in one piece; above that, letters are produced from glued and sanded segments — practically no reasonable upper limit.
Do you have a 3D production project?
Send us your 3D file, vector logo or project description. We check feasibility and confirm the final quote before production.
