Single-piece parts up to 41 × 41 × 44 cm — and beyond that limit, intelligently segmented objects, glued and sanded.
What the service is
Large format covers parts that don't fit ordinary printers: facade letters, décor elements, large scale models, housings and advertising shapes. Maximum single-piece size is roughly 41 × 41 × 44 cm; larger objects are designed as segments with joints planned in discrete zones, glued and base-sanded — or delivered with alignment guides for on-site assembly.
Limits, stated honestly
Large parts mean long print times — the deadline is confirmed realistically in the quote. On segmented objects the joint line may remain visible on close inspection even after basic sanding; premium finishing is discussed separately. For outdoor use we recommend PETG or ASA.

Can I get a 1-metre object?
Yes, from segments designed for assembly — glued and base-sanded by us, or delivered with alignment guides.
How heavy is a large part?
Surprisingly light: 2–3 mm walls with low infill hold the structure at a fraction of a solid volume's weight. We estimate the weight in the quote.
Do you have a 3D production project?
Send us your 3D file, vector logo or project description. We check feasibility and confirm the final quote before production.
