What the service is
We produce 3D shapes for custom lighting: lampshades with complex geometry, diffusers that spread light evenly (translucent PETG at 1–2 mm walls works beautifully), housings, decorative structures and prototypes for lighting designers — in small identical series for a single space.
Limits, stated honestly
Important: Kala3D produces the 3D elements — not electrical design, wiring, certification or complete ready-to-install luminaires. Use LED sources only, keep diffusion distance (2–3 cm between LED strip and wall) and ensure ventilation; electrical fitting and verification belong to the installer.
FAQ
Is it safe to put an LED inside a printed part?
With modern low/medium-power LEDs and proper ventilation, common materials (PETG, PLA) work well. We state the thermal limits of the chosen material; fitting and electrical checks remain the installer's responsibility.
Can you print a light-diffusion sample first?
Yes — we recommend it: a small plate in the chosen material and thickness, tested with your actual LED, before the series.
Do you have a 3D production project?
Send us your 3D file, vector logo or project description. We check feasibility and confirm the final quote before production.
